This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in communications, event support, and digital media. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our employer branding and supporting various internal and external communication initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including the design of invitations and managing follow-up communications
  • Digital Communication: Write and curate engaging external social media posts for AMEI events to enhance employer branding, as well as contribute to internal communication platforms
  • Media Creation: Develop communication materials such as presentations, posters, and banners to support various initiatives
  • Platform Updates: Work on updating and maintaining digital communication platforms, including the intranet, website, and other relevant spaces

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a diploma or degree in Communications, Public Relations, Administration, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or event planning is preferred but not mandatory
